What is the minimum order?
There is none. We make from a single piece, and you can mix as many designs as you like in one order. The price per piece drops as the quantity grows, so ask us for price breaks at 10, 50, 100 and 500 pieces.
Can I try one piece before a bigger order?
Yes. Order a single piece of your own design to check colours and finish. We keep your approved file, so a bigger reorder goes straight to production without a new proof.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal or international bank transfer. Orders under $1,000 are paid in full when you approve the proof. Larger orders can pay 50% to start and 50% before shipping.
Who pays import duties?
By default you pay duties and taxes on delivery (DAP). For the US, EU, UK and Australia we can quote duties paid (DDP) so there is nothing to pay at your door.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA or my 3PL?
Yes. We can bag, barcode and label each piece and ship straight to an Amazon warehouse or any address you give us.
Is my design safe with you?
Your artwork is used only for your order. We never sell it or use it in our own products, and we sign an NDA before you share files if you ask.
